I just wanted to say welcome to the Perfect Fit On Line Community Forum.

This is the place for you to share your thoughts and ideas with others who have some of the same goals as you do. Feel free to share your successes and failures (we all have them).

The staff of Perfect Fit is here to answer your questions and all of the members are encouraged to share their ideas and what has worked or hasn't worked for them as well. To find a staff member just go to the Members tab. Staff members are listed at the top of the page.

Explore the site. Each of you is encouraged to build a profile listing your goals and dreams. Keep a blog for your self, upload pictures or videos, create a group of friends or even invite people to join a group/event that you plan.

Please post a picture of yourself (profiles with out a picture are subject to deletion). Please do not post links to outside sources in your profiles.
